About the publication

A Qtonic Quantum Corp research publication

PQC Discovery Index Research is the research imprint used for this site. Qtonic Quantum Corp owns and edits the publication and builds a scored product.

Why publish it separately?

A standalone index can organize the evidence around buyer questions rather than a vendor funnel. Stable pages for each product, criterion, finding and source make the work easier to search, cite, challenge and update.

Its job is to make the originating sponsorship legible, not invisible. The relationship appears in page copy and machine-readable metadata.

Corrections and challenges

Submit a sourced challenge to the publisher and inspect the public challenge protocol. The contact address is the Qtonic Quantum Corp publisher mailbox; Qtonic Quantum Corp retains responsibility for editorial decisions.

If a cell is wrong, the preferred outcome is correction rather than defense. Evidence resolving to an admissible public source should be tested against the same standard and logged in the next edition whether it raises a competitor, lowers QScout or changes neither rank.

Edition 2026.7 correction

The 2026.5 scores were withdrawn after an audit found four vendor-asserted cells behind QScout's 9.42 and no enumeration behind the phrase "56 probes". All fourteen products were re-scored from public evidence on 26 September 2026; the per-cell evidence is published under /evidence/2026-7/. The 2026.5 report also carried an 11-versus-13 correction-count discrepancy; it is retained only as a superseded record.

What this index is - and is not

  • A disclosed scoring instrument based on public evidence.
  • A point-in-time analyst reading bound to named edition and build identifiers.
  • Not a controlled laboratory head-to-head benchmark of all products.
  • Not a procurement ranking of certifications, install base or company size.
  • Not proof that an undocumented capability is absent.

Read the full methodology or read the evidence files (the 2026.5 report PDF remains available as a superseded record).
