Investor brief / edition 2026.7 / 27 September 2026

What the public evidence establishes—and what still needs an outside test

Edition 2026.7 is a reproducible, Qtonic-published comparison of public documentation for 14 named products. QScout is first at 8.00, CBOM Secure second at 7.47. The ranking is an editorial result with disclosed ownership and unequal evidence depth, not an independent demonstration of product-market or engineering leadership.

Records available for inspection

  • Frozen 14-by-7 matrix, weights, CSV, product-level rationale and corrections.
  • A dated 30 September source-access screen reported 71 reproduced excerpts, 20 accessible sources without the archived excerpt and seven inaccessible cells. A separate authenticated 1 October review reproduced 77 archived quotations and conservatively classified 24 narrow documented features, 53 qualified or partial anchors, 20 unverified anchors and one narrow own-API artifact test; no numeric score was independently validated by that count.
  • Public QScout own-API sample and bounded owned-lab packet with replay instructions and adverse results.
  • Public edition manifest, final matrix, dated correction history, claim ledger and downloadable QScout sample/lab packets; a deployment receipt for this candidate belongs to the later release record and is not yet available.
  • A separate 26 September public HTTPS-hostname snapshot with raw handshake records and an explicit by-IP sensitivity result; it does not measure the product.

Still needed

  • A current QScout product release with passed source-to-deployed-byte custody and health gates.
  • Symmetric licensed peer builds and independently labelled multi-surface cases.
  • An outside evaluator free to publish adverse findings and a customer pilot with separate publication consent.

Follow the record

  • Diligence records
  • Edition history
  • Product proof
  • Method and disclosure
  • Typed claim ledger
  • Separate dated HTTPS snapshot

Qtonic Quantum Corp owns this publication and builds QScout. Internal blinded QC is distinct from an outside evaluator. Product release and customer-pilot outcomes remain unproven here. Read the method and disclosure.

PQC Discovery Index Research is a Qtonic Quantum Corp research imprint. Qtonic Quantum Corp owns and edits this publication, sponsored the original evidence work and builds QScout Pulse Gold, one assessed product. QScout's public evidence has been tested more deeply than peer evidence; this rubric does not establish uniform product-code superiority.
