PQC Discovery Index edition 2026.7 evidence set.
Process: on 26 September 2026 five independent research passes re-read the public record, one product set each, and wrote
<slug>.json: for every criterion cell the URLs read, a verbatim quote, the rationale and the score before review.
Three adversarial reviews (_QC_A/B/C.json) ruled on 52 of the 98 cells with evidence; _FINAL.json holds the post-review cells
and totals (weights 4/3/3/3/2/2/2 over 19). _missing_products.json lists in-category products found but not scored.
_REDACTION_LOG.txt records the prose-only redaction of internal hostnames before publication; no score changed.
Recompute: total = sum(weight * cell) / 19, rounded to two decimals.
