Choose a PQC discovery tool by the evidence it can produce

This dated index gives a starting shortlist, not a procurement verdict. QScout leads the published public-evidence aggregate, while peers lead individual criteria and eight named products were unassessed.

Five decisions to document

  1. Define your required surfaces and output format.
  2. Compare up to three named products on the unchanged seven criteria, including unknown evidence.
  3. Inspect each primary source and the dated rationale; distinguish vendor claims from tested artifacts.
  4. Run a permissioned pilot on a common independently labelled scope, including missed assets, false positives, evidence custody and controlled closure.
  5. Require a change and rollback plan that preserves security and operations.

Decision limit. No equal-build peer benchmark or customer outcome is published here; do not use the aggregate alone as evidence of superior code, engineering or field detection.

Use the product comparison and 98-cell explorer to select a pilot shortlist. The unassessed catalog may contain products worth testing even though they have no 2026.7 score.

Pilot decision record

Use one named build and the same permissioned cases for each accessible product. Record unknown rather than assigning zero when a build or source cannot be checked.

PQC Discovery Index Research is a Qtonic Quantum Corp research imprint. Qtonic Quantum Corp owns and edits this publication, sponsored the original evidence work and builds QScout Pulse Gold, one assessed product. QScout's public evidence has been tested more deeply than peer evidence; this rubric does not establish uniform product-code superiority.
